The property is designed as a private compound, where the main residence, detached guest bungalows, and a centrally located bathhouse are connected by winding stone paths that pass through lush tropical gardens. The setting is defined by panoramic ocean, mountain, and river views, creating a landscape that feels both expansive and deeply connected to nature.

At the heart of the estate, the main residence features an open living, dining, and kitchen space that flows seamlessly toward the outdoors. Custom teak sliding doors open wide to frame the surrounding scenery, allowing natural light and ocean breezes to move freely throughout the home. Thoughtful design elements, including colorful stone and tile work, reflect the textures and tones of the island.

The primary suite is located upstairs and includes a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, and air conditioning for added comfort. A second guest bedroom in the main home features a queen bed and an ensuite bath with a shower.

Separate from the main residence, two detached guest bungalows provide additional private accommodations. Each bungalow includes a queen bed, seating area, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub, offering guests a sense of independence within the larger estate.

A unique feature of the property is the garden bathhouse, centrally located and designed to support outdoor living and beach access.

A private walking path leads directly from the property down to the shoreline, where Kahili Bay meets the Kilauea River. This secluded beach offers a rare opportunity to experience Kauai’s North Shore away from the more frequented areas, with opportunities for quiet walks, ocean views, and exploration of the surrounding coastline.

Accommodations are flexible and based on guest count. Smaller groups may reserve the main residence alone, while larger groups can include one or both guest bungalows, allowing the estate to expand as needed. When not included in a reservation, unused structures remain secured and private.

The property requires a seven-night minimum stay, with rates structured according to occupancy.
